ITINERARY AND QUOTE

Day 1: Arusha - Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Met on arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport and drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. On arrival at the Loduare gate and after registration you will descend down the Crater Floor. We will do game drives the rest of the day at the floor and have picnic lunch at picnic site at the Hippo poolside. Late afternoon we shall drive up the Crater Rim for Overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Olduvai Gorge - Serengeti National Park

After breakfat at the Campsite we shall start on our way to Serengeti National Park with a brief stop at the Olduvai Gorge an important archaeological site where the world renowned scientist Dr Richard Leakey and his wife Mary Leakey made some remarkable discoveries of a more than a million and a half old hominid that was named, the Australopithecus Boisei. We will have Picnic lunch and continue with game drives inside Serengeti National Park until late afternoon when we pitch tents at Serengeti Sopa Lodge for overnight.

Day 3: Full Day Game Drive At Serengeti National Park

A full day of game drives in the endless plains of Serengeti National Park searching for animals. Depending on the time of the year you might witness the most amazing natural wonders of the world; The Wildebeest Migration also referred to as the ‘‘Great Migration’’. On this day if you wish you may go for a morning game drive then go back to the Campsite for breakfat. Lunch will be taken at a Picnic site or on top of a ‘‘Kopje’’. Pronounced as ‘‘Copy’’ these are granite rock out crops in the Serengeti National Park that also make a very good site for predators to lay their ambush when hunting. Later in the afternoon you will return to the Serengeti Sopa Lodge for overnight.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park & Depart to Airport

Early morning game drive can be done and after breakfat you will check out and transferred to the Seronera Airstrip where you will take your flight to Zanzibar Island. On arrival you will be Met and greet by our guide and driver at Zanzibar Airport. Our representative would be holding a name card for you for easy identification and transfer to the Tulia Zanzibar Unique Beach Resort which is located on the East Coast of Zanzibar.

Day 5: Stone Town City Tour + Zanzibar Spice Tour + Prison Island Boat Trip

Morning after breakfat pick-up from Tulia Zanzibar Unique Beach Resort for the Spice Tour on this tour you will see and taste the tropical fruits, spices plantation or plots in the island. A variety of spices plants used as ornament, medicines, flowers, fruits and another interesting flora can be seen during spice tour and if you will have a time, you will visit Kidichi bath built in 1850 by the first Sultan for his wife Sheharzad (Grand daughter of Fateh Ali Shah of Persia).

After Spice Tour we'll head to Stone Town one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites and Cultural Arts Centre of East Africa. You will have the Stone Town City Tour takes around the historical culture and architectural important town of Zanzibar with a century history. It includes a visit to former slave market site, now stands as Anglican church built in 1871, town market, visit the Zanzibar Memorial Museum, House of Wonder built in 1883 (Beit-Al-Ajab), Old Arab Fort, Palace Museum, Old Indian dispensary (Cultural Center).

After the Lunch, you will have a trip to Prison Island Boat Trip,Visit Lloyd Mathew's Architecture built in 1893 and the Island is a home of Aldabra Giant Tortoises. Flanged by an amazing beach of reef sanctuary, the island is ideal for swimming, snorkeling and beach relaxation. After tours, you will be dropped off at Tulia Zanzibar Unique Beach Resort for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Safai Blue Sea Adventure

Morning after breakfat pick-up from Tulia Zanzibar Unique Beach Resort for Safai Blue. A full day sailing / snorkeling / sunbathing on a traditional dhow and seafood barbecue. Setting sail from Fumba, you will explore the Menai Bay where dolphins are often sighted. When dropping the anchor at Kwale sandbank, you can snorkeling the coral reefs. Kwale Island - a great place to explore and climb an ancient baobab tree, which fallen down hundreds years ago but still standing tall. You’ll be served a buffet of grilled fish, lobster, calamari, chickens and coconut rice. The boat sails to a stunning natural lagoon where there is opportunity to swim, before the day is over and back to your hotel. After tours, you be dropped off at your hotel for overnight.
